Delivery Issues

What if I'm not available for delivery?

If you're not available, the courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times. You'll receive notifications for each attempt. You can also reschedule delivery or arrange for pickup from the courier's local office.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage or missing items, please:

  • Take photos of the damaged package and items
  • Note the issue on the delivery receipt
  • Contact our customer support within 24 hours
  • We'll arrange for a replacement or refund

Delayed Delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support team. We'll investigate with our courier partner and provide you with an update.
