Return Eligibility

  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging (if applicable)
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by original invoice or order confirmation

  • Footwear (with original box and packaging)
  • Accessories (bags, scarves, belts)
  • Defective or damaged items
  • Wrong items received

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate apparel (bras, panties, lingerie)
  • Swimwear and beachwear
  • Jewelry and fashion accessories (unless defective)
  • Beauty and personal care products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items without original tags or packaging

How to Return

Initiate Return Request

Log in to your account, go to "My Orders," and select the item you want to return. Click "Return Item" and select a reason for return.

Get Return Approval

Our team will review your request within 24 hours and send you a return approval email with instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

Pack Your Return

Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached. Include the invoice or order confirmation.

Tip: Use a sturdy box and bubble wrap for fragile items. Keep the tracking number safe.

Ship Your Return

We offer two return options:

Option A: Free Pickup (Recommended)

Schedule a free pickup from your address. Our courier partner will collect the package.

Option B: Self-Ship

Ship the package yourself using the provided return label. Shipping costs will be reimbursed.

Quality Check & Refund

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) within 2-3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Items with missing tags or accessories
  • Items returned after 7 days but within 14 days (50% refund)
  • Damaged packaging (excluding product damage)

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or style:

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we'll make it right immediately:

  • Send you a replacement immediately (if available)
